Business Management for Creatives & Entertainment Professionals

For working artists, musicians, crew and production companies: bills paid, income tracked and the business side handled while you work.

Overview

Why it matters.

North Hollywood sits in the middle of Los Angeles’s creative economy. Many of the people who work here have uneven income from many sources — session fees, residuals, royalties, day rates — and very little time to manage it.

We handle the business side of a creative career or small production company: paying bills, tracking every income stream, managing budgets and loan-out company administration, and keeping your CPA, agent and manager on the same page.

What’s included

The work, itemized.

Every engagement is scoped to your business. These are the components we most often deliver.

  • Bill pay & household admin

Monthly bills, subscriptions and recurring obligations paid on time.

  • Income & royalty tracking

Every payment, residual and royalty statement logged and reconciled.

  • Budgeting for irregular income

A budget and savings plan designed for income that arrives unevenly.

  • Loan-out company administration

Records, filings and payroll coordination for loan-out corporations.

  • Production company support

Budget tracking, vendor payments and wrap reporting for small productions.

  • Team coordination

A single point of contact for your CPA, agent, manager and attorney.

Signs you need it

  • Income arrives from many places and is hard to track
  • Bills get missed while you are on set or touring
  • Tax time means a box of unsorted statements
  • You have a loan-out company but no one managing it

What you walk away with

Results you can see.

  • Bills paid on schedule
  • A complete record of income
  • A budget built for your career
  • Organized records for your CPA

How it works

Our four steps.

The same proven arc as every engagement. More on our approach

  1. Listen & diagnose

We start with a working session and a structured review of your numbers, processes and people. You get a short written diagnosis — what is working, what is not, and what matters most.

  2. Design the plan

Together we choose the few changes that will make the biggest difference, then turn them into a plan with owners, dates and a scorecard.

  3. Install the system

We do the work alongside your team: processes documented, tools configured, meetings started, people trained. Nothing is handed over until it runs.

  4. Run & refine

We stay on to manage, measure and improve — monthly, weekly or a few days each week, depending on what the business needs.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you work with individuals or only companies?

Both. We work with individual artists and creatives as well as small production companies and studios.

Do you handle investments?

No. We are not investment advisers. We coordinate with your financial adviser and CPA.

Can you work remotely while I am on location?

Yes. Most day-to-day work is handled remotely, with regular check-ins wherever you are.
