About us
A calm partnerfor the business side.
Flux Enterprises, Inc. is a business management firm based on Whitsett Avenue in North Hollywood. We exist for one reason: to give owners their time and attention back.
Our story
Why “Flux”.
Every growing business lives in a state of flux — new customers, new hires, new rules, new problems. Handled well, that movement is energy. Handled poorly, it is turbulence that pulls the owner in every direction at once.
Karen Simonyan founded Flux Enterprises to help owners turn that turbulence into flow. The firm brings together the disciplines a growing company needs on its business side — planning, operations, finance, people, compliance and systems — under one accountable partner.
We are deliberately small and senior. You work directly with experienced people who know your business, not a rotating cast of junior staff. We work alongside your CPA, attorney and other advisors, and we measure our success by one thing: how much calmer and more profitable your business becomes.
