No. Flux Enterprises is a business management firm. We coordinate filings and records and work with licensed attorneys and CPAs for legal and tax advice.
Can you help a company that has fallen out of good standing?
Yes. We identify what is missing, coordinate the overdue filings with your advisors, and set up a calendar so it does not happen again.
Do you work with businesses outside California?
Our focus is California companies, but we can help coordinate filings in other states where you do business.
