Business Strategy & Planning
A plan you can actually run: clear priorities, honest numbers and a twelve-month roadmap your whole team understands.

Overview
Why it matters.
Most owners already know where they want the business to go. What is usually missing is the time to step back, test the idea against the numbers, and turn it into a sequence of decisions the team can execute without the owner in every meeting.
We work alongside you to build that plan. We start with where the business really stands — margins by service line, cash cycle, capacity, customer concentration — and end with a roadmap that names owners, dates and the few measures that tell you whether it is working.
What’s included
The work, itemized.
Every engagement is scoped to your business. These are the components we most often deliver.
Business health review
A structured look at revenue mix, margins, cash, people and risk, written up in plain language.
Vision & priorities
A facilitated session that narrows a long wish list to three to five priorities for the year.
Twelve-month roadmap
Quarter-by-quarter initiatives with owners, budgets and milestones.
Pricing & offer review
Where you are under-charging, which services subsidize others, and what to change first.
Scorecard design
Eight to twelve weekly and monthly measures, defined so everyone reads them the same way.
Quarterly planning rhythm
We run the quarterly review with you so the plan is adjusted, not abandoned.
Signs you need it

- The team is busy, but nobody can name the top three priorities
- You are considering a new location, partner, product or acquisition
What you walk away with
Results you can see.
- A written plan that fits on a few pages
- A scorecard reviewed every week
- Clear owners for every priority
- A calendar of quarterly check-ins
Listen & diagnose
We start with a working session and a structured review of your numbers, processes and people. You get a short written diagnosis — what is working, what is not, and what matters most.
Design the plan
Together we choose the few changes that will make the biggest difference, then turn them into a plan with owners, dates and a scorecard.
Install the system
We do the work alongside your team: processes documented, tools configured, meetings started, people trained. Nothing is handed over until it runs.
Run & refine
We stay on to manage, measure and improve — monthly, weekly or a few days each week, depending on what the business needs.
FAQ
Common questions.
How long does a strategy engagement take?
A typical planning engagement runs four to six weeks from the first review to a finished roadmap. Many clients then keep us on to run the quarterly reviews.
Do you need access to our financials?
Yes. Read-only access to your accounting system and recent tax returns lets us ground the plan in real numbers. Everything is kept confidential.
Is this only for larger companies?
No. Most of our planning work is with owner-led companies between a handful and roughly fifty employees.
